Each vehicle has its own rental offers. Each amount below covers the stated rental period. Longer periods are listed only where an explicit offer is available.

Confirm how mileage is applied across longer periods. These terms do not apply automatically to other vehicles.

Agree the complete cost.

The vehicle’s listed rate is one part of the rental arrangement. Ask for the full cost and written terms covering:

• Fuel, applicable taxes and other charges
• Delivery and return charges
• Insurance cover, excess and exclusions
• Payment, cancellation and extension terms
• Deposit deductions and return timing
• Breakdown support and handover procedure
• Mileage allowance, excess kilometres and minimum hire where not listed

For hire with a driver

Confirm driver hours, overtime, daily mileage, fuel, meals and any overnight accommodation. Tell us your route, passenger count and luggage needs. A listed seat count does not establish the number of passengers who can travel alongside the driver.

Before collecting the vehicle

Agree the meeting point, time, return arrangement and any delivery charges. Confirm the condition record, fuel level and documents needed for handover. Self-drive renters should confirm their driving eligibility and any local authorisation before hire.
